Are you tired of crowded hotels during weekend holidays or holiday seasons?

Welcome to Kanchanaburi Villa

Kanchanaburi Villa is located on the beautiful SriNakarin Lake, Tha Kradan, Amphur Si Sawat, in the Province of Kanchanaburi.

Here you will not have to worry about crowded weekend holidays or the same boring hotel experience. You will have complete privacy to create your own adventure the way you want, with your family and friends.

Kanchanaburi Villa has been with my family for the past 10+ years, it is my family's private lake house villa. It has been developed and polished to my Father's (Stephen Gormley) vision, who is a world renown glass artist. We would go up to this lake house for most of the major holidays with family and friends to create the most amazing memories. We explored the lake on jet-boat and jet-skis. We rode around on dirt bikes and ATVs, we went fishing, we kayaked, we barbequed and we even sat by camp fires and roasted marshmallows. It was, and still is amazing. So amazing, that I want to share this property with other people as well. I want to give people the same opportunities to create amazing memories at this lake house villa.

Vehicles

ATVs & Dirtbikes: You may use these vehicles at your leisure. There is no extra cost. We only ask that you pay for gas, which can be purchased from the house staff.

Jet-Ski: We have 1 x Yamaha FX140 Waverunner (4 Stroke) that you can rent from Kanchanaburi Villa to explore the lake. To rent the jet-ski you will need to a) Sign a liability waiver b) Take a short 20 min operation and safety lesson. You must wear a life-jacket at all times. THB 2,200 / 1 Hour

To use any vehicle or boat that is owned by the property you will need to sign a liability waiver.

Pets

Pets are welcome (Please bring your pet's own cage and be aware that there are wild animals around the property that can be a danger to small animals. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your pet). Pets must be attended to at all times. Responsible pet ownership is key.

Interaction with Guests

When you book your stay at Kanchanaburi Villa you will have 4 acres of beautifully landscaped lake front private property all to yourself. We also provide 2 person staff that is available 24 hours a day to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
