Description
Casale in Teverina is a wonderful house built in the typical Umbrian style, the stone, the cotto tiles and the wood are the prevalent materials used in the splendid restoration started some years ago.
The position is one of the strong points, it's completely dipped in the green, with the view on the Umbro-Laziali hills, in a full calm, also maintaining an easy access from all the ways. At few meters from Penna in Teverina, reachable on foot by Via Ortana, that in the opposite direction arrives in Orte, is composed by 3 apartments, independent, one for 2, one for 6 and one for 8. For a total of 16 people. We can add extra single beds with extra charge, and cots.
Each bigger apartment has a kitchen and a living room with fireplace, two bathrooms with showers. the smaller, one bathroom and kitchen. The furnishings are curate like the restorations, and maintains the simplicity and the comfort as the expectations in a country house.
The property, completely fenced, has a big olive grove, and a vegetables garden that follows the philosophy of the Permaculture, then a fruit grove, both at the disposal of the customers. Also a nice little house for children is available in the garden to play. Barbecue and wood burning oven are also in the garden, in the dining area where is also a big table to enjoy the meals in the summer.
A private fenced swimming-pool is also present in the property, it's at disposal of the guests but with their own responsibility.
