The semi-detached, 2 story flat is nestled in the Rustenburg Valley on the lower slopes of Devil's Peak in Cape Town. It has a Tuscan atmosphere, is very conveniently situated for UCT, S suburb schools, 10' from the CBD and waterfront, 12' from CTI airport. The flat is in the heart of suburbia and yet quiet and leafy.
