Description

The holiday home is situated in the middle of wine fields in the beautiful hills around the town of Ovada. Ovada is located in the Southern part of Piedmont, an area where nature is at its best!! It is not for nothing that this part of Piedmont has obtained a UNESCO World Heritage certificate!

It is not only nature that will impress you in this area, also the excellent cuisine and superb local wines will be a delightful enjoyment of your holiday!

The apartment is located very centrally, and is therefore a great location for a wide variety of activities during your holiday. The many surrounding beautiful castles will offer you an impressive panoramic view during a tour in the hills. During spring, summer and autumn, the local villages organize many ' sagra ' s ', parties where local culinary specialties are being prepared or sold. This is a very nice way to get to know and taste the delicacies of pure Italian village life!! Besides, the small local markets (markets) will offer antiques and other objects of local craftsmanship.

City trippers can go to lively and mediterranean Genoa, which is at 40 km distance from Ovada. In only an hour you can get to chique, trendy and fashionable Milan. Of course, Milan is the place to be for fantastic shopping, as is the Mc Arthur Glenn Serravalle Outlet at just 20 km distance from Ovada!

In about half hour drive you arrive at the stunning beaches of the Italian Flower Riviera. The winter sun is pleasantly warm, and during summer the crystal clear blue sea is a welcome refreshment!

For sport activities around the holiday home, there is plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling and swimming.

The apartment has been completely renovated and foreseen in 2013 of all commodities. It is located on the first floor and offers the most beautiful panoramic view from the large balcony. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a gas burner with 4 rings. There is a bedroom with double bed and the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The bathroom is foreseen of washing machine and hairdryer. There is TV and Wi-Fi. The apartment is non smoking inside.
