A part of the villa is available for guests (80sqm approx) on one floor, little difference between sleeping and living area. night: double room, bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull out bed, wardrobes. bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower. Living area:, living room with dining area equipped with an extendable table where they can eat comfortably up to 8 persons, tv, double sofa bed. prestigious wardrobe. a nice loft to gather in peaceful reading. the door from lounge window on a beautiful terrace, ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy, but also on breakfasts, lunches, dinners. Attic kitchenette with stove with three plates, microwave oven. fridge with freezzer.
washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a bath tub in the garden.
the garden is equipped with swimming pool, hot showers, deckchairs, Sun umbrellas, tables and chairs beneath a gazebo for breakfast in the garden, barbecue. Seating for tea or coffee.
