Description
Magnificent villa completely renovated 125 m² with swimming pool on 600 m 2 of garden surrounded by greenery. Ideally located in the quiet total our neighbour: the Hill. A garden soup will be put at your disposal, free for you to consume fruit and vegetables from the garden.
An outdoor play space is dedicated to children: trampoline and swing, foot cage and punching bag between sea and cultural visits: Aix en Provence salon, beaux of provence, saint Rémi, Marseille, the alpilles... Velaux is a typical provencal village with all shops including various caterers if you do not want to Cook (dishes free shipping prepared foods, sushi, pizza...)
The House is composed of a kitchen 15 m 2 all equipped (fridge freezer dishwasher, oven and microwave, table) open on a living room of 30 m2 with an internet computer area and a corner sofa with very comfortable with TV 160 canal + and satellite. This living space overlooks a 20 m2 veranda and outdoor lounge with gas barbecue.
1 room 15 m² TV bed 180cm can have a cot or rollaway bed.
1 bedroom 12 m² bed 90 1 bedroom 12 m² bed 90 + bed drawer 90 a game 12 m² a dressing room will be at your disposal.

Maintains it the pool is provided so no bad surprise, water always clean on arrival serra.
The cleaning will be done at your arrival, linen and towels showers are provided.

No pets. It will be forbidden to smoke in the House.
A 1300 euros deposit is required in the form of a cheque which will be returned at end of stay after the State of the premises.
