Les Jardins d'Antibes: Updated 3 bedroom apartment with pool, quiet gated, 100m in air-distance from Beach. Renovated with light and fresh colours and modern furnitures. Complimentary WIFI/fibre.Very family/child friendly apartment with cot bed, baby chair etc. Only 100 meters to a brand new childrens playground. Wading pool for children. Secluded location ideal for small children that needs sleep during the day or early evening. The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, a living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bathtub/shower room and separate toilet. All rooms have double-glazed glass with electric shutters. Sunny south-west faced private and secluded terrace with awnings. Secure parking. Permanently based gardener responsible for clean, well-kept and tidy residence with optimal hygiene-conditions in pool, gardens and main areas. Furnished and equipped throughout in a stylish contemporary setting, A brisk 15mins walk to Antibes Old Town and the beach is 400m away.

CHECK IN & OUT

On arrival we will meet you at the apartment, show you around and give you any helpful information you may need with the apartment or the area. We are happy to supply you with 2 sets of keys for your stay. Our check out time is 10 am and check in time is 4 pm. We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand that arrival and departure times can vary depending on your travel schedule. If you arrive early and the apartment is mid-preparation, we will let you leave your luggage in the apartment and let you know as soon as it is ready. Likewise if you are leaving late we are happy for you to store your luggage and collect it before you depart.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil à notre arrivée. L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il était très bien situé. Nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé la voiture: nous sommes allés à pied au vieil Antibes, à Marineland et à la gare (ter pris pour visiter Monaco, Nice, Mandelieu...). La région est très belle. Le cap d'Antibes est magnifique (nous nous sommes baignés dans une superbe crique ). Le petit plus est la piscine de la résidence. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour avec 4 ados de 11 à 16 ans.
