Maison de charme sur 3000 m2 de pelouse paysagée, meublé de tourisme 3*** gîte de France, close, pas isolée au cœur de la foret de Sologne à 9kms des portes du Château de Chambord et de 12 kms du Golf International des Bordes. La maison est d'une superficie de 139 m2 avec une luxueuse véranda climatisée comprenant 3 chambres, 3 wc, 2 salles de bain complètes, un séjour salle à manger cuisine équipée. Tv internet wifi. Cheminée insert. Literie à mémoire de forme Tempur, Simmons, ou neuve. Décoration mixte (contemporaine et Louis XIII pour respecter le style régional). Équipement bébé (lit, chaise, poussette, linge).
A l'extérieur, piscine privée de 8x4 chauffée de 24 à 28° par pompe à chaleur, pool house. Chaises longues. Salle à manger de jardin, barbecues à charbon et électrique. Arrivée à 15h, départ à 10h, le samedi ou accord avec les propriétaires.

“Excellent for families with or without dogs”
The large, secure garden was perfect for us and our dogs, with lots of great walks along tracks going through the surrounding forest/wood. Our adult children enjoyed the swimming pool. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, fixing us up with an appointment at the local vet's for the worming treatment required before our dogs could return to the UK. The property is well placed for visiting the many chateaux of the Loire and we would love to stay here again.
