Your new sanctuary is a spacious two bedroom apartment located on the first floor just a minute away from the two infinity swimming pools.Shed the drab, melancholy overcoat of winter and escape to the tranquil, radiant paradise of the exclusive man-made island 'LA ISLA DEL CONDADO' (with 24hr security). Reminisce about lazy childhood days as you overlook a spectacular, panoramic mountain view. Share a romantic dinner on our huge terrace whilst enjoying the sunset. We invite to indulge in only the very best that Murcia has to offer. Fully furnished, the apartment overlooks the lake with the advantage of a side-window exclusive to corner apartments. With free Wi-Fi, a 32-inch television, DVD player this apartment is perfect for calm, warm nights in with the family. Fancy a night-out? A selection of bars, shops, restaurants are located just a 5 minute walk away. During the summer months of July and August we are also pleased to be located close to the visiting 'Saturday Market' with live music and shows sure to get you in the holiday mood! For the daytime, the area is abound with activities: a private clubhouse with tennis, squash, and a bring -and-borrow library system on the Isla just a minute walk from the apartment, two infinity pools, and the nearby 'Jardines' apartments with on-site gym and clubhouses. Last but not least who could forget the stunning 5* Polaris World Golf Course, designed by the one and only Jack Nicklaus, available for use by all guests?

Guest services will be provided by the Company – Sparkle Vacations at the price of €70 per stay, payable online (must be booked online in advance). One of the members of staff will meet you at the security gate and will ensure that the beds are made, the linens and towels are washed and ironed, the floor, windows, kitchen and bathroom will also be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. A welcome pack of food/drinks can be arranged; however the nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants are a 5 min walk away from the apartment.

There is a meter electricity charge. Guests will be responsible for the electricity еxpences as the property equipped with the three air conditioning units. Minimum charge per day three euro. Please use the air conditioning responsible. Don't forget to switch off the cooker, lighting and air conditioner when you are outside the property. Sorry for the inconvenience. This method has been used to avoid unnecessary use of the air conditioner. Thanks.

“Lovely apartment but very poorly equipped...”

The positives; clean, bright corner apartment , pleasant terrace. Comfy beds. Good views across the water to the mountains. The negatives; very lacking in equipment and very cheaply furnished. No kettle or coffee maker. When I e:mailed the owner she told me that there is "no electric kettle in the apartment for the children safety". I then spent a week boiling water in a big saucepan and pouring it into cups, not sure how this is safe?! The cups were all odds & ends and looked like they had seen far better days. Bedding; No duvet covers. 2 single duvets on a double bed wrapped in sheets which did not stay on. No information whatsoever, nothing on the local area, no wifi code, no instructions for TV or air conditioning, no info on how to check out. I think this is the worst equipped self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in, very disappointing.
