Beautiful country house, situated in the countryside, divided into two units, one of which is inhabited by ' housekeeper. Privacy and tranquility are guaranteed as exclusive use and away from noise sources. Large well-kept garden contettoia, sofa and chairs, barbecue and oven with arcade, table and chairs and summer kitchen for cooking outdoors. Private pool 4 x 8 Mt. with a large lawn with sun loungers. Fitness Room with bench, weights, exercise bikes and multifunction machine and laundry. The tourist House is located on two floors and is accessed by a staircase. On the ground floor there is a romantic outbuilding for 2 persons with bathroom with 32 ' LCD TV with satellite and the pool. Loggia-entrance hall, large lounge with fireplace, a double-room with third bed and a twin bed. A complete bathroom with shower, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bidet. Great brand new and fully equipped kitchen. 40 LED TV with satellite. Screens on doors and Windows. GPL heating upon consumption (€ 4.00/mc) mc = 1 2 hours circaL ' guest can enjoy complete freedom in how the villa is its single provision. Only the Houskeeper lives in the same building and his presence is extremely discreet, but very useful
