Description

Our penthouse garden is ideally situated, just 5km from the centre of Athens and at 2km distance from the coast. On the 6th floor of a wonderful stone white new building, this luminous apartment opens out onto the surrounding landscape offering a magnificent view of Hymettus hill and the seaside. The large windows result in an abundance of sunlight indoors and thus, the interior is complemented with bright colours that emit busts of energy. The layout of the penthouse has been calculated down to the last detail to make the most of the available space without sacrificing floor space and functionality. It is equipped with everything needed for carrying out household activities.

Various artists merged their skills in order to create the roof garden into a relaxation retreat. Indeed, both interior and exterior space convey a sense of tranquility and comfort. The design of the garden complements the modern and functional character of the residence and creates a contemplative haven. The combination of textures and colours establishes different spaces suggesting the independence of each individual area.
