Villainlerici is located in a very spectacular and exclusive position just in the hills close to Lerici downtown ,with a gorgeous pool overlooking the sea , 10 minutes walk from Lerici ferry dock, 30 minutes by ferry from the " CINQUE TERRE " , , 30/40 minutes drive from Portofino , Lucca , Pisa , 1,5 hours drive from Florence , Firenze and Chianti.
You can practice wonderful hiking, Renting e-Bike for Fantastic tours starting from here , and just 5 minutes away from the house there is a nine hole golf course. From Lerici's dock there are daily ferries to the Cinqueterre .
The Villa consists of 3 independent apartments on three levels connected by external stairs each one with private entrance:
First Floor Guests Apartment ( max 2 people ): 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom, (ceiling in first level bedroom and bathroom are around 2 mt. high), one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dishwasher laundry machine, large living room, Tv, wireless internet connection 24h
Second Floor Guests Apartment ( max 4 people ): 1 masterbedroom with A/C, 1 double bedroom with A/C this bedroom could be set with twins bed too, 1 bathroom, one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dish washer laundry machine, dinning room ,living room, Sat TV, Wireless internet connection 24h.
Third Floor: lives the owner , takes care of the pool and the garden
Each level has its own patio , with spectacular view over the Gulf Of the Poets
The Pool area is in common with the three floors.
Owner live on the third level. And take care of the pool and the garden .Each level is about 100 square mt.
Each level can be rented separately.
If you will be a party of two people you will be accommodate at the first floor apartment. If you will be a party of three or four people you will be accomodate at the second floor apartment . Children are considered as adults in counting the member of the party . If you are a party of two but you would like to stay at the second floor please book for minimum three people.
If you would like to have both floors for you even if you are less than 5 or 6 people , please book for minimum 5 people, and you will have no other guests at the Villa.
The Pool area is private and it is at exclusive use of the number of guests who book the property: no extra guests are admitted .

“Stunning Place to Stay”
From booking the villa, to arriving, and then throughout the entire week Gian was a great host. We were a group of 6 and the place was perfect. Everything you could want was there at the house. It was well equipped to cook at home. There was a washing machine, hairdryers, shampoo, basic amenities such as tea and coffee. Everything had been well thought out. The outside pool area was the perfect space to relax, read a book, chat, or eat meals. We spent a lot of time outside there as the view was spectacular. So stunning it took your breath away. The location was fantastic as well, a 10 minute walk downhill to beautiful Lerici and then the convenience of a free shuttle back home. We had a wonderful week and would go back in a heartbeat.

“Fantastic Villa”
Having read the reviews, we left with high expectations and were not disappointed! Gian is an exceptionally helpful host, helping us with arranging online grocery deliveries (Essalunga) before we arrived, collecting us from Sarzana when we arrived, and always ready with help and advice. The outside patio areas are beautifully maintained and the views over the Bay of Poets are absolutely spectacular. For us the villa was a base for daily hikes locally and to the Cinque Terre. There are a various marked footpaths up into the hills either from Lerici or San Terenzo, easily reached on foot from the villa. The only day we had some rain we walked out to the lovely old town of Tellaro, and had lunch at La Barca (seafood - highly recommended). Nearby there is also a delightful small cove at Fiascherino for a swim. Reaching the Cinque Terre from Lerici by boat is easy via the ferry to Portovenere, and there is a day ticket allowing travel between the five villages. Two sections of the main path between the villages are closed, but if you take a single boat ticket to Riomaggiore you can hike over the top to Manarola and then catch a train to Corniglia (3 minutes) to get round the second closed section, and from there back on the path to Varnazza. Trains between La Spezia and the villages are frequent and offer more flexibility on return timing than the boat. Later in the week we went back to Vernazza by train and hiked along to Monterosso. Fabulous views. From Portovenere you can also take a little ferry to the Isola de Palmira where there is a hiking trail with lovely views along the coast. It was a wonderful week. Thanks to Gian for sharing this beautiful spot and making everything so easy to manage.

“Perfect holiday in Lerici!”
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa - the photos really do not do justice to the magnificent views and elegant interiors. As a family of 5 adults the villa provided excellent accommodation in the two apartments which were very well equipped including everything you would need and a helpful starter pack. Gianluca was an excellent host - always on hand if we needed anything but in no way intrusive - genuinely wanting his guests to enjoy their holiday to the fullest. He and Diana even provided little treats such as home made lasagne and limoncello! Lerici is a perfect seaside town to walk to with good selection of restaurants to eat out and a port to take the ferry to the Cinque Terre. Also well placed to explore the Tuscan towns such as Florence, Pisa and Lucca which made fabulous day trips. All in all a perfect Italian break and many thanks to our hosts!
