Description
Kildare is an beautifully presented old stone built house situated in the picturesque village of Niton, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. This is a superb location to go walking, visiting nearby beaches & local attractions – Blackgang Chine, St. Catherine's Lighthouse, Castle Haven, the Pepper Pot, Steephill Cove, Botanical gardens to name but a few.
It has a large sitting room with open fire, and a large stunning flag stoned dining room with wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities. Additionally there is a utility room and a downstairs toilet and a further separate shower. There are 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with en suite and sun balcony. A large double bedroom with sink and ample space for a travel cot. Two beamed loft rooms, both with three beds that can be converted to a double/ single if required. There is a large modern family bathroom with bath & power shower.Outside is a small front garden and a larger back garden with lawn and flower beds. A courtyard patio outside the kitchen has a large garden dining set and BBQ.Local pub 2 mins walk!
Check in 4.00pm Saturday, depart by 10.00am the following Saturday

“An excellent family holiday home”

“May Half Term”
Absolutely loved our stay at Kildare. Everything was perfect. From the comfy beds, to the kitchen facilities. Location was brilliant with the convenience of the local supermarket and pub. We would recommend staying here.

“A wonderful stay”
The house is set in the centre of a lovely village with all the amenities you could ask for, supermarket, pub and even the local post office come pub has a wonderful pizza oven. The characterful house has everything you need for a self catering holiday, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. We managed a few days cycling, our rental bikes were delivered directly to the door - perfect way to explore this beautiful island. The local beach is not far with a new cafe on the cliff top offering lots of lovely food and beverages - you could stay all day. The owners are easy and good communicators and we would definitely return and recommend.

Absolutely stunning house and fab stay...clean, plenty of space and amenities (even a waffle maker!), comfy beds, fantastic location and pet friendly too! A wonderful place for a sunny getaway by the beach! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

“Summer holiday”
A lovely holiday and and a lovely house. Great location, walking distance to a great beach and fab local shops. The house was really clean, with plenty of space and had everything we needed. Will definitely go back again!
