Set underneath the foothills of Coober Pedy, South Australia, JAM B&B boasts a truly unique breed of outback accommodation,
Spacious and versatile enough for a full sized family or for a couple looking for a private retreat away.
The facilities have been set up to cater for both the intimate and shared experience with a large common social area with BBQ as well as small nooks within the garden to hide amongst the Cactus nursery or head to the private dinner table.
Coober Pedy has a rich heritage of Opal Mining encompassing the resilience of the Australian spirit of struggle and reward.
As long term locals the staff can direct you, book a tour or show you the best spots to head out and go 'noodling' for your own piece of opal.
Head out into the town and explore, dine underground, take a tour of the underground museum or the famous Breakaways Ranges, have a hit of night golf or share a game of pool with a local. There is so much to see and do!
Take the family out to the recently upgraded state of the art Drive In (One of Two remaining in South Australia)

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
