With 35 m 2 room, fireplace and stunning views;

Rustic kitchen, large with 20 m 2, fully equipped; gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, Toaster, oak furniture, coffee table with 2 Brown, 5mX1, 10 m, bench and hand-painted tiles; 2 gardens;
Central heating through the fireplace with firewood, which heats the entire T3, a fantastically;
