Description
Quiet villa of 290 m2 with beautiful 180 ° view over the bay of Saint Tropez. When you arrive by car you can park it and then forget about it for the duration of your holiday. The villa is namely within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The main entrance leads to the floor where the heated (upon request) swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is located, the bowling alley, as well as two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. From these bedrooms you can reach the pool and terrace through sliding doors. Obviously there are sun beds, an outdoor shower and a built in BBQ. On the first floor are the kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On both floors there are fridges, and there is air conditioning in all rooms. There are several terraces, covered and uncovered. We recommend that you book this villa early in order to avoid disappointment.
For the high season months of July and August , a minimal rental of 2 weeks apply.
