Agriturismo Le Rose is situated in Castiglione Del Lago, PERUGIA, Lake Trasimeno. agriturismo consists of newly built apartments, cosy and comfortable accommodation just 5 km from Lake Trasimeno, immersed in the green hills of Umbria. Agriturismo Le Rose, thanks to the large communication roads, is centrally located with respect to the tourist towns of Umbria and Tuscany: Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Florence, Arezzo, Siena agriturismo Le Rose is ideal for a relaxing peace in nature. The farm that includes the farm covers about 25 acres. For fishing lovers still within the company is a pond. Castiglione del lago is a small promontory which is ncunea in the lake itself, the castle is still surrounded by its walls, and far enough from modern residential area not being altered. Originally a fishing village and then agricultural area, Castiglione del Lago and is today the most important tourist centre of the Lake Trasimeno. After the Etruscans and the Romans, in the middle ages the castle was long disputed between Perugia, Florence, Arezzo and Siena, thanks to its strategic position that it was the largest military reference area.

Response from the owner Salve Le camere fatiscenti come dice lei sono di nuova costruzione senza crepe ne alcun segno di usura praticamente perfette e molto apprezzate da tutti e soprattutto visibili sul sito prima della prenotazione! Non sò cosa intende per fatiscenti credo abbia sbagliato aggeggettivo!!! Suo suocero prenotando era perfettamente a conoscenza del tipo di colazione (anchessa di solito molto apprezzata tra l altro proprio perché self catering e ti da la possibilità della preparazione in autonomia cosi puoi alzarti quando vuoi, senza vincoli di orari, comunque dato che l avete spazzolata è piaciuta anche a voi !!! Avevate l appartamento senza cucina poiché precedentemente la prenotazione era per due persone con cena al ristorante per una notte quindi la cucina non serviva. e all ' ultimo ci avete chiesto di arrivare in 6 ,due con un cofanetto e due paganti e due gratis. In quel momento era l ultimo appartamento rimasto due camere grandi e un bagno, per una famiglia va benissimo, suo suocero cosi ha detto! sapeva benissimo che non vi era angolo cottura. e non lo ha richiesto (noi non potevamo immaginare che vi servisse visto che la bimba piccola non è stata proprio mensionata ) ! All' arrivo vi abbiamo dato uso della nostra personale cucina per scaldare il latte. Comunque avevate la macchinetta del caffè in camera col vapore e vi abbiamo fornito il necessario per poter scaldare il latte. Le esigenze bisogna manifestarle prima non dopo l'assegnazione dell'alloggio che è comunque visibile sui nostri siti e soprattutto era stato tutto chiaramente spiegato a chi ha prenotato come il costo del riscaldamento ( che si attiva da ottobre a aprile, per evitare sprechi ma soprattutto per le esigenze effettive, c'è chi soffre il caldo chi il freddo, regolando l'accensione, solo se si vive l'alloggio, in maniera autonoma è la miglior soluzione. Anche perché i nostri sono appartamenti per lo più e non camerine di hotel. Noi abbiamo fatto il possibile! ovviamente all'arrivo avete trovato tutto riscaldato a volte neanche è necessario riaccendere il riscaldamento, comunque non potete lamentarvi ora, perché l'alloggio lo conoscevate prima di arrivare come i servizi e le condizioni ! La recensione é inutile poiché alla partenza suo suocero ha compreso perfettamente di aver avuto delle dimenticanze nel non chiedere un 'appartamento con angolo cottura, ma ha capito e sapeva anche che al momento era l'Ultimo appartamento disponibile(e lo stesso da lui prenotato qualche giorno prima per due persone) che descrisse come perfetto per una famiglia per una notte in cui andavate a cena al ristorante tra l 'altro.
