I wanted an apartment where design, light, color and art were married and created an atmosphere of charm and comfortable at the same time .... now I want to share it with my guests.

Art Home is located in the heart of Palermo, 150 meters from Politeama Square, the center of city life and two minutes from Porta Carini, one of the main doors to the historic center and from ' Cape ' Market-the most beautiful of the traditional and historical ancient market in Palermo and 300 meters from the largest theater of Palermo, Massimo Theatre. Moreover, I will provide you with a map of Vienna and ALL interesting information you should know about the city.

It is an apartment with a large living room with a nice and very well equipped kitchen. A very nice guest bathroom. A large bedroom with a bed doublesize (160x190 cm) and with access to a huge master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and another shower.

Last space is a beautiful sun-kissed patio and dedicated to the art, reading and green.

The house is very bright and quiet is over 90 SQUARE METERS, is located on the 6th floor of an eclectic new building is served by two lifts, just renovated with attention to the smallest detail and is equipped with everything you as applicable.

It is 200 meters from the main bus and from the bus stop to the airport.

On request and with a low charge you can also have a car park.

It is equipped with 46-inch TV in the lounge and 32-inch TV in the bedroom, VCR, DVD player, Dvd, Radio, Air conditioning, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Kettle autonomous, internet Wi Fi, Microwave owen and breadtoaster.

If you love pictures and paintings, you will hove my house!

I provide a map with all the useful tips for Palermo in the best possible way.

It is an apartment with a large living area with a beautiful open kitchen equipped with everything. A nice bathroom for guests. A large bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) with access to a huge master bath with jacuzzi tub and shower.

A beautiful veranda space last sun-kissed and entirely dedicated to art and green.

The House is very bright and quiet, is over 90 SQUARE METRES, is located at 6° floor of an eclectic new building is served by two elevators, has restored and cared for to the smallest detail and is equipped with everything you might take.

Is 200 metres from the main bus stops and bus station to the airport.

On request, for a reduced cost, you can also have the car.
