Je vous propose une maison individuelle 120 m2 avec une vrai piscine chauffée 27 degrés avec plusieurs coin de detente . Douche solaire et brunisseur Pergola bio climatique avec led 5 lits bain de soleil en fer ainsi que la farandole de lumiere pour les longues soirees d ete . Le sol complètement refait moquette de pierre quartz
Côté barbecue une table forgee avec 4 chaises pour prendre le petit dejeuner a cote de la piscine
Je prête avec plaisir 5 vélos
la maison est refaite entierement en 2021 une cuisine toute blanche electromenger elle est entierement sécurise port blindée ficher bauche sans aucun vis a vis cote piscine en plus c est tres calme .une veranda de 15 m2 pres de la cuisine et le salon avec ouverture sur le patio et la piscine ,
Canapé roset Togo noir en cuir pour regarder la tele de 190 cm au mur plus amplificateur boss
un piano laque noir tout le decor salon salle de sejour est entierment neuf le decor du noir du blanc les meubles sont tous en laque noir et blanc
Toutes la maison et climatisée
Au premier etage la chambre parentale lit romantique dans les tons marron et creme 1.60 sur 2m très grande télé
salle de bain neuve italienne douche 1,65 cm sur 1,30 dans les tons sable en béton cire et coiffeuse illumine et toilette avec jet d'eau meuble double vasque
Aucun vis à vis voitures dans la cour
Vous allez profiter au maximum de vos vacances
La maison est pour 5 personnes maximum
