Description

Set in Pico Island, this Azores house features a green garden and scenic views. The tranquil Casa da Aguada is a 23-minute drive from the foot of Pico Mountain, the highest point in all of Portugal.

The 3-bedroom villa includes a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. It also includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer, an equipped kitchen, terrace, patio and balcony. The pet-friendly villa includes panoramic views over the sea, mountain area and the city.

The Aguada has a kitchen which guests can use to comfortably prepare their own meals. Also included are outdoor barbecue facilities.

The green private garden is a tranquil setting, which invites guests to stroll and enjoy the quiet ambiance. A sunny terrace is also a part of the house, where guests can relax and take in the sun.

The village of Criação Velha is 23 minutes by car and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. This village has vineyards, a scenic setting and overlooks Faial Island. Guests can go diving, fishing or canoeing in the nearby area, just 500 metres away. The surrounding green area is also ideal for hiking and picnicking.

The airport is a 32-minute drive from the property and there is a shuttle service available, at an extra fee. São Roque do Pico is a 22-minute drive and features sea links to S. Jorge Island – 22 km. Madalena is a 24-minute drive and has a harbor linking it to Faial Island.
