A new open plan super deluxe apartment, on the second floor of a block owned by the landlord. No expense has been spared to furnish this penthouse to the highest level of excellence ,to give the maximum comfort to our guests.
The lounge bar area has a seating capacity of 15 people and is a main entertainment area ,consisting of a bar,music area,Tv,DvD etc
WiFi throughout,a great family area to relax in.
The dinning area seats 10 comfortably with Italian furnishings throughout.The kitchen is a glass encased open concept, with all modern kitchen fittings Hob,Extractor,microwave,oven,fitted fridge freezer, Etc
A long hallway leads from the powder room , to 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms.
The flat has a walkway around the perimeter attached to balconies.
New Friends Colony is a gated community ,primarily the area has professionals, company directors and a large EX-pat community.
The location is prime for Shopping ,sight seeing and the abundance of facilities that are in the area.
