L'appartamento, interamente ristrutturato nell'anno 2013, si trova a Mondello, località balneare della città di Palermo.Ubicato nel centro di Mondello, in piazza, a 50 mt dal mare, è dotato di tutti i comfort.Cucina abitabile e divano letto, stoviglie, lavatrice, ampio box doccia, balcone. Impianti di climatizzazione.Circondato da bar, ristoranti, supermercato e locali per la vita serale.I costi sono comprensivi di consumi luce/gas, biancheria da letto e da bagno. Il prezzo sul sito è da considerarsi come totale per notte per l'intera struttura, the price in the website is the total price for one night for the whole apartment. L'intero appartamento viene affittato a 75 euro al giorno nella stagione estiva e 65 in quella invernale. Possibilità di aggiungere una brandina letto per un quarto posto letto con un supplemento di € 20,00. Località vicine: Lungomare di Mondello, riserva naturale di Capogallo, Sferracavallo e di Barcarello, Montepellegrino, lungomare Addaura.Anche il centro storico di Palermo è facilmente raggiungibile tramite bus diretto.
