Appartement classé 3 étoiles avec climatisation au 1er étage d'une villa, exposé plein sud, avec vue magnifique face à la mer et au Cap Canaille.

Superbe coucher de soleil.

Grande terrasse de 40m2, entièrement équipée de stores bannes électriques , lits bain de soleil ,table et fauteuils.Petit salon de jardin.

Appartement trés agréable et lumineux, bien isolé , grandes portes fenêtres avec volets roulants électriques. donnant sur la terrasse..

Bien équipée

1 couchage de 160cm. et 1 couchage de 140cm (2 télévisieurs 1 chambre, 1 salon.

A 15mn à pieds de la 1ére Calanque et 10mn à pieds du centre ville.

A 50 mètres de la plage du Bestouan.

Garage privé porte automatique (indispensable à Cassis).

Taxe de séjour à régler en plus de la location à l'arrivée, en espèces ou chèque. 2,16 euros par personne, par jour.
