Se volete visitare e vivere il fascino del sud-est cominciate a immaginarvi in una zona in cui l'estate si assenta veramente per poco approfittate della mitezza e luminosità della zona soggiornando liberamente da Ottobre 2021 fino a Maggio 2022...con degli arrivi e partenze libere, perfino un semplice week-end o da Giugno a metà Settembre soggiorni settimanali da sabato a sabato o multipli di settimane, potrete cominciare a sentirne il profumo, ad inebriarvi di storia, arte, cultura, tradizioni, mare cristallino, calette sabbiose intervallate da possenti promontori, scoprendo delle terre generose, in cui tutti i popoli si sono succeduti.... , potrete staccare la spina soggiornando nella nuovissima villetta praticamente...sul mare, uscirete d'estate soltanto con telo ed infradito dal cancelletto pedonale che in soli 30 mt vi introdurrà su una spiaggia di sabbia dorata. La villetta, su due livelli, è interamente climatizzata ( caldo-freddo) ed è composta da saloncino-soggiorno, tre camere da letto per complessivi 9 posti letto, due bagni ognuno nel rispettivo piano, tre docce di cui una all'esterno comodissima ai primi caldi al ritorno dalla spiaggia, terrazzina sul mare,dondolo, zona barbecue, zona colazione, interno con tv, collegamento wireless ad internet, microonde, forno, lavatrice, phon, stendibiancheria, ferro, asse da stiro, cassaforte, esterno con sdraio, ombrellone, fino a 4 posti auto ( di cui due con copertura), doppio cancello pedonale e carrabile, curato giardino con piante, fiori e prato intorno; zona Lido di Noto-Eloro. E' possibile soggiornare sia per brevissimi periodi che per intere settimane ( partenze e arrivi liberi) a prezzi...anticrisi, cioè da vero ...invito! Se sono riuscito a trasmettervi un'emozione allora vorrà dire che avrete cominciato a percepire ...il fascino del sud-est, in questo caso non esitate a contattarmi Salvo .
