Description

All of our flats are fully self contained units situated in the heart of the golden mile with on street permit parking (Permits available for £3 per day or £15 per week. Please enquire at time of booking) in Apsley Road. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 5 minutes from the town centre.

Flat 2, Apsley House was renovated in 2014, it consist of a bed-sitting room fitted with wardrobe, set of drawers, easy chairs, a double bed, small table & chairs and a colour television, a fully fitted modern kitchen containing split level electric cooker & hob, fridge, stainless steel sink unit, work top and wall storage cupboards with basic crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Also you're own private toilet and shower room.

Bed linen is provided, however you do need to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Electricity is charged through a £1 coin meter. On street parking, with permit. These are available at £3 per day or £15 per week (please reserve when booking).

Wi-Fi is available in certain flats, please state in your booking if you require this.

The seaside provides a haven for you to relax and escape from the restrictions of everyday life. Everything you need is here. Sandy beaches, attractions, shops, places to eat and drink, all within walking distance. These are all the ingredients of a Greater Yarmouth holiday!

Discover a town steeped in heritage, be wowed by action-packed shows, festivals and events, be dazzled by fireworks displays and spectacular lighting.

Breathe the bracing sea air and let it blow away the cobwebs. Look out over the great ocean expanse and have time to think and daydream.

Getting around

Most attractions are within walking distance however if you wish to go further afield the buses run along the seafront and from the town centre. There is a road train which runs a service up and down the seafront and also the horse and carriages are a pleasant way to travel.

Interaction with guest

We will always try our best to meet you on your arrival and show you around your accommodation, however we do not live on the premises and therefore occasionally this is not possible, if this is the case, we will leave the keys out for you to gain access. We have a 24hr answer machine in case of any problems during your stay.l

Unfortunately the council were responsible for introducing the parking permit bays and we have to buy the permits from them at quite a high cost. How do damage deposits work?

If Tracy and Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
