The building is located in Belvedere Langhe Cn and was a farm owned by the House of Savoy first King of Italy Victor Emmanuel II of Savoy in 1860. in Italy there were preparations for national unification, to ingratiate himself with politically favors of Napoleon III, Emperor of the French, Cavour, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Savoy gave him nice and Savoy property of Sardinian Kingdom. King Victor Emmanuel II gave the right to the nobles there residents to become French subjects or remain under the Sardinian Crown. The stately home Dave chose to remain and was given in exchange of territories in Piedmont, including the building now seat of Healing Sound Onlus "Buddha". Ideal for groups up to 30 people, the House is completely independent and has two entrances with large garden for relaxing activities and panoramic views.
