This bright modern semi-detached villa is set on a beautiful, quiet tree-lined residential street with fabulous 180 degree sea and island views. The Villa “Mavi Deniz” (Blue Sea) enjoys a south facing aspect ensuring good light throughout the day. A small private infinity pool ensures you can refresh yourself while sunbathing on the spacious patio Our pool is 6 Mtr by 3.5 Mtr . 190-135 deep . . The patio receives sun from morning until sunset. Two of the four bedrooms have sea views and the master bedroom has a large balcony with amazing views. A large shaded outdoor patio eating area allows for fine "Al Fresco" dining. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, however the village boasts over 100 fine dining restaurants, most with open air or roof-top dining with views over Kalkan Bay. Satellite television with limited English channels is available. The lounge area seats 5 and the breakfast bar will take an additional 4 more. The upstairs balcony with very Comfy sweet loungers for 4 to enjoy the night lights of Kalmar bay with amazing tranquil sea view under the stars . The villa is situated at approximately 100 mtrs. elevation above the sea and is set back approximately 250 mtrs from the shore. It is about a 5 minute walk down to two beach clubs (one is free). Beautiful long street with bougainvillea s is a steep walk back up the hill maybe not much comfortable for people with limited mobility . It is a pleasant 15 minute stroll into the village with numerous small bars, cafes, restaurants and spa's on the way. The walk is up and downhill both ways is very picturesque. Local taxis are available for those with mobility problems. The street the villa is on only sees 10-15 vehicles a day so traffic noise will not be a concern. The nearest shop is about 7 mins walk but will deliver most days. Nearest café's are less than 5 minutes away. Villa "Mavi Deniz" is close to everything you could need but is wonderfully quiet with uninterrupted views of the sea and offshore Snake and Mouse islands.
