In the municipality of Aglientu, in the locality of Lu Lamoni, a few hundred meters from the splendid beach of Vignola Mare, reachable on foot, Mare & Mirice Case Appartamenti Vacanza offers a stay in one of the most beautiful Sardinian towns, still totally immersed in nature. Mirice is a residential condominium formed by houses with one or two floors, surrounded by gardens and divided by pedestrian paths, which give the appearance of a small village. Our apartments are easy to access, of different sizes (two-room or three-room) and customized by the Owners: they can be on the ground floor (garden with entrance loggia) or on the first floor (external staircase) with private parking space. All non-smokers (smoking allowed outside) Three-Room Apartment 4 + 1 Ground Floor by Ivana in addition to the furnishings, it is equipped with - column fridge (with freezer), - microwave oven, - sat tv, - hairdryer, - washing machine - free standing fan - electric kettle (for tea / herbal tea / etc.) and, upon request (subject to availability): - toaster - iron and ironing board outside - loggia equipped with wooden table and chairs - chairs reclining in resin for garden The fee includes: 10% VAT, bed and bath linen with midweek change (every three / four nights) water consumption (up to 500 liters / apartment per day - occupancy 4 people) gas and electricity final cleaning (kitchen excluded - if you wish not to take care of it, a contribution of € 20.00 # will be required) a reserved parking space in the outdoor parking area on-site assistance H24 badge for access to the outdoor pool (max 6 people per apartment) open from 26/5 to 15/9 (times established by ge independent, independent access) and access to free wifi, in the pool area (bar area). Pets not allowed Rates do not include: tourist tax (currently the municipality of Aglientu does NOT provide for payment) Upon request, subject to availability, subject to confirmation time of booking: cot / crib for children 0/3 years Apartments are scheduled for delivery from 5.00 pm On the day of arrival, contact us to check the actual state of preparation of your apartment: if ready, it will be gladly delivered immediately . The release of the apartments must take place within 10.00 am Luggage storage service is provided on the day of arrival / departure Holiday Lettings will require a security deposit of € 200.00 # to guarantee any damage and / or loss should occur. Please check the inventory you will find in the apartment and report any discrepancies within 12.00 hours of arrival, please, to avoid unpleasant discussions. Restaurant, bar and snack bar (from 26/5 to 15/9 with schedules at the discretion of the independent management) in the pool area Market, bars, restaurants and pizzerias at 250/400 meters, towards the beach of Vignola Mare, in addition to a Parapharmacy and a hairdresser.
