Description

Podere Ceoli is a characteristic ' country house ', the result of a careful structuring of an old farm, which includes 2 apartments on the ground floor reserved exclusively for guests. The farmhouse is situated on a hill that allows a wide view of the Valley of the River Tiber, 3 km from the charming medieval town of Lugnano (shopping and restaurants), 6 miles from Alviano Lake with its natural oasis with necessary facilities for the practice of ' bird watching. In the farm are bred goats, chickens, horses, etc. The property is surrounded by 8 acres of land with olive groves and oak woods. In the middle of the Woods is a pond-a pond with fish of approx. 500 sq.m. Oaks, cypress trees, lime-trees and fruit trees adorn the gardens around the Villa and the park where is situated a charming swimming pool that is the (fictional but scientifically designed a ' Roman ' of the natatio century a.d.) 7 x 15 ml. Due to its geographical position allows you to easily visit Ceoli Tuscany, Latium and Umbria (Rome 80 km, Todi 30 km, Orvieto 60 km, Assisi, Siena, Florence, Perugia, Spoleto, etc.). Within a radius of 50 km are Lakes Piediluco and Bolsena, a little further afield the Lake Trasimeno and the seaside resort of Tarquinia (ancient Etruscan city). Rooms in Ceoli is a form of rural tourism combining a friendly welcome and a high level of service in a pleasantly relaxing atmosphere. The living room is also available for medium to long stays.
