COD CITRA: 011016-LT-0218 "A casa di Titti" is a holiday home in San Terenzo di Lerici at about 300 mt. from the sea and from the beautiful sandy beach, during the day you can spend nice days at the sea and in the evening you can take a nice walk along the sea that will take you to Lerici where you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of Portovenere and the Palmaria Island . The holiday home has a nice garden for dinners with friends and to enjoy the sun during the day lying on a comfortable deck sipping a nice cold drink. We have 3 bedrooms, 1 double, one twin and one triple with sofa bed overlooking the garden. We have a nice lounge overlooking the garden. Our guests can offer transfer service to the station and airports (for a fee) and organize day trips to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Versilia. Our house is in a ground floor apartment in San Terenzo, cozy village 2 km away from Lerici and 10 km from La Spezia, facing the Gulf of Poets.Within 300 m you will find beautiful free beach with fine sand, deckchairs and playground for kids. Beaches and Cinque Terre can be reached in less than one hour by car, train or even public boat.The beach resorts are scattered along the coastline at a walking distance. 150 sqm apartment has 3 bedrooms with one double bed, one double bed and one double sofa bed; one large living room with TV, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and shower.In front of the apartment is 100 sqm private garden with table and chairs for barbecue and sunbathing. The landlord, Raffaella, is just like being at home. We are waiting for you ... We don't need breakfast, you can use the kitchen. € 95 for cleaning and utility.
