Secure 2nd floor apartment with lift in new gated development. Only 1.5 km from Antibes town centre, with frequent shuttle bus to Antibes stopping 100 m from entry gate. Spectacular views over Nice and Alps and the entry to Antibes Marina from spacious balcony/terrace. Swimming pool and shaded gardens. Quiet residential area . Childrens' playground outside gate. Bus to Nice and Cannes stops 200 m away. Free car parking in visitor spots within complex usually available. 1km from Antibes railway station with frequent connections to Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia in Italy.

Approximately 15 km from Nice AirportApartment: Sleeps 3 adults (or two adults and two small children). Air conditioning in bedroom. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso machine,etc .

Unlimited residential Internet, "Smart" HD TV with internet connection, English languge news (Sky, BBC) and others on TV. Dozens of UK, Irish and Scandinavian and French radio stations available through internet.

Spacious bathroom with high-pressure shower and toilet. 2nd toilet in hallway. Large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom.Very comfortable bed-settee in living sleeps two adults or children.

Short walk to the beautiful La Fontonne Beach. Supermarket, bakery and takeaways within five minutes walk. Biot WaterWorld 15 min by bus. For journeys further afield, Antibes Railway Station is approx. 1 km away.Perfect for families with young children or those who enjoy getting out and about during the day and enjoying the spectacular views.on the balcony over dinner, or a nice stroll home or short taxi ride after dinner in Antibes. Airport Transfers to and from the airport or the use of a fold-up single bedt can be arranged

You will be provide with email and phone details for Ms Laurence Hequet, who will meet you and give you the keys. If you have any questions about the apartment, Laurence will help you out . The Guest Manual provides instructions for using all appliances and advises what to do for minor problems. It also includes local maps and information on local attractions. For larger problems I provide personal contact details so please contact me. There is plenty of information on emergency contacts in the Guest Manual, and in an emergency Laure will help out. Laurence may meet you again before you leave to collect keys and to take any comments you may have on your holiday. I will be in touch a few days after your holiday to get your comments.

The location is good, good bus into Antibes. Very good bakery and cooked food nearby. Apartment is very well equipped. Information from owner was excellent.

As well as fabulous views there is an excellent swimming pool (open May to September) and garden, free, unlimited cable internet and all the most popular UK and Irish TV stations (over 40 in all!). This is our holiday home and for us the best part of the day is often dinner on a balmy evening on the balcony, overlooking the Bay of Angels, the City of Nice and the Alps. Magic! Tony O'Leary

“Really good place to stay.”

Excellent location with a good pool which was really quiet. 15 minute walk to city centre and a great supermarket and bakers within 5 minutes. Had a fantastic week.
