This beautifully modern first floor flat is a great choice for couples, two friends or a young family with a baby wanting easy access to the sea.

Located in Trujillo Court in the desirable Sovereign Harbour development, this Exclusively Eastbourne flat boasts side sea views from the lounge and kitchen. Stroll out of the building, walk around the corner and you are there - glorious sea on your doorstep!

The flat is stylishly and thoughtfully furnished. The master bedroom can be set up with a super-kingsize bed, or separated into twins - giving it the flexibility to appeal to couples or friends. There's also enough space to squeeze in a travel cot, which is provided, and with a baby bath, high chair and steriliser also on hand, this is a great baby friendly option for young families.

The spacious dining lounge has a large, comfortable sofa for relaxing in front of the large flatscreen TV and DVD player, after a busy day exploring around the area, plus there's a dining table which seats up to four.

The separate kitchen is modern and well equipped, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, fridge-freezer and a good range of cooking utensils.

The bathroom offers chance for a spot of indulgence, with a separate jacuzzi bath and walk in multi-jet shower. All towels and linen are provided.

Free Wifi is provided and there is an allocated off-road parking space for the apartment.

Response from the manager It's disappointing that this didn't quite hit the spot for you. We try to be super honest with our photography (so no wide-angled lenses, filters, etc) and the photos of the sea views are shown from the kitchen and lounge at a regular height so apologies if it was the wrong angle for you. The outside window cleaning is scheduled at least every 3-4 weeks (handled by an external co) so it may have been time for the regular clean - being literally next to the sea the salt in the sea air/spray can build up quite quickly. The shower cubicle with all the fancy jets is part of quite a large bathroom including a separate jacuzzi bath so I understand it may not be to everyone's taste. Any dustiness is not acceptable and our team can only be judged on their last session so I will feedback to them to hit their usual high standards. We've never experienced any damp as it is a modern build, but we check thoroughly. We always recommend that guests book directly with us to avoid any additional commission from third parties and I can recommend this approach if you book any accommodation in the future. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
