Affitto settimanalmente o per periodi più lunghi un appartamento a Punta Ala, località Il Porto, per la stagione estiva e autunnale 2022.

L'appartamento è un bilocale con 5 posti letto, formato da un soggiorno con 3 posti letto (su 2 letti divano), bagno principale, cucina, camera matrimoniale con terrazzo e bagno interno. L'appartamento è completamente arredato e dotato di Tv, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, terrazza-giardino. Incluso un posto auto al coperto.

Il Residence si trova nella magnifica e verde costa Toscana, in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, sul bel porto turistico di Punta Ala con splendida vista sul'Isola d'Elba e arcipelago toscano.Il residence è circondato da verdi pinete e dalla tipica vegetazione mediterranea; il mare ed il porto sono raggiungibili a piedi da un'agevole scalinata che porta anche all'attrezzato centro commerciale. Spiaggia di sabbia a 400 m con possibilità di altre zone libere ed attrezzate a 700m. Mare limpidissimo dove si alternano spiagge di sabbia bianca e stupende scogliere! Nel 2021 la zona ha ricevuto l'ambito riconoscimento quale mare più pulito d'Italia classificandosi al 3° posto ed ottenendo 5 bandiere blù.

Facilmente raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata, le attività commerciali quali market, ristoranti, bar, boutique, giornali, noleggio barche/motoscafi ed auto e una gelateria buonissima!

A circa 3 km ci sono la posta, la banca, guardia medica, la lavanderia, altri negozi e ristoranti; poco lontano distributore di carburante con noleggio di bici e scooter; a circa 2 km discoteca, un supermarket con self service, la Chiesa.

C'è la possibilità di praticare qualsiasi tipo di sport nautico, oltre ad un bellissimo campo di golf internazionale a 18 buche, centro ippico con maneggio, campi da tennis e minigolf.

NON POSSONO ESSERE ACCOLTI ANIMALI:

durante il periodo estivo le settimane devono intendersi da sabato a sabato con arrivo dopo le 15.30 fino alle 17,30 e partenza entro le ore 10.00.

su richiesta e' possibile prenotare esternamente il noleggio della biancheria ( 15 euro a persona circa).

tassa di soggiorno 0.50 euro al giorno per persona sopra i 12 anni da corrispondersi in loco al momento dell'arrivo.
