The apartment is situated on the second floor of a three story house, right in the heart of town, strategically located to discover all what Seville has to offer.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a three story house, right in the heart of town, strategically located to discover all what Seville has to offer.
The property has just been completely renovated, everything is brand new. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, huge wardrobe and balcony. The living area is very cozy and bright, with an eco friendly fireplace, and two balconies which provide it with plenty of natural light. WiFi, AC. Large kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with a shower. The apartment has been designed to make you feel like at home, you will get that nice vibe as soon as you walk in.
The location of the apartment is unbeatable, only about 200 metres from Alameda de Hércules and hardly 3 minutes walk from Plaza del Duque (El Corte Inglés), considered to be the very centre of town.

“Perfect place to stay”
A very clean and well equipped apartment, perfect for a couple, and very central to both tourist attractions and the interesting areas to the north. We loved being able to open the balcony doors and take in the activity below, you can't enjoy a city location like this without some noise and anyway we slept well every night for a week. Most importantly, Rocio was a wonderful host, responding immediately for arrival, access and departure info and making sure we were ok throughout the stay. A truly lovely place to spend a week in Sevilla!!
