This charming 2-bedroom holiday villa is found in the chicest and trendiest neighborhood of Seminyak; Petitenget. Guests enjoy the convenience of exploring this popular beach town on foot and having the beach just meters away from their tropical home away from home in Bali. Petitenget is famous for its endless range of trendy lunch cafés, coffee bars, boutique shops, exclusive spas and high-end restaurants, not to forget the happening beach clubs such as KU DE TA and Potato Head where guests get to gaze at Bali's breathtaking sunset in style. One thing is for sure, guests will not get bored for even one minute this holiday! Villa Ruandra is truly charming, featuring a tropical open-plan living space from where guests can easily go for a swim in the swimming pool of their own private tropical garden. The living space is light-filled and elegant, featuring a comfy L-shaped sofa on one side, tucked with bright red plush pillows, a timber four-seater dining table in the middle and a well-equipped timber kitchen, complete with a bar and stools, on the other. A satellite-TV has been mounted to the wall for guests to watch their favorite show or sports game from the sofa, dining table, kitchen bar or even from the swimming pool. The private walled garden features an inviting, glistening pool flanked by a scenting frangipani tree and a timber deck with comfy sunbeds, shaded by a large, bright red parasol. here, guests can tan, sunbathe, read, snooze or heat the BBQ for a wonderful garden feast in the afternoon.

Another great surprise awaits when following the stairs up to the second floor. Up there, guests will find a breezy terrace with an alfresco dining set for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an amazing view of the city of Seminyak! It also makes the perfect spot for a romantic candlelight dinner beneath the stars. Villa Ruandra houses two deluxe bedroom suites, one located on ground level and the other up on the first floor. The downstairs master room enjoys almost direct access to the swimming pool, right from the comfy king-size bed. There is a large walk-through dressing room equipped with a safe and it leads to the decadent en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large ceramic bathtub to soak in at the end of the day as well as an overhead monsoon shower. The upstairs bedroom is adjoined by the rooftop terrace and it enjoys great views over the surroundings. Both bedrooms feature modern amenities such as air-conditioning and satellite-TVs with DVD-players for entertainment before sleep. Bathrooms guest amenities are catered for.
