Sunshine Cottage, Crystal Beach, Fort Erie, great cottage very close to Niagara Falls (20min drive)Come stay a week, or a weekend, at our beautiful, luxury, clean family cottage!Our cottage has been renovated from top to bottom, with new modern kitchen and bathroom, central heating and AC, washer and dryer, WIFI, closed in porch with a separate playing area for the kids and a seating area to watch them have fun. 3 small but cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds (new organic mattresses), one bunk bed, and futon in the porch for extra guests.Great for families with kids:separate TV, dvd, NETFLIX and WI games in the porch; booster chair, playpen, toys, games, and crafts.Things to do !Crystal Beach is also close to numerous attractions: * Friendship bike trail , used snow-shoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. * Last Chance Horse and Pony Rescue: http://www.lchpr.org/(Riding lessons, Cost: $25 per 1 hour lesson )*Niagara On The Lake and the wineries close by (30 min)*Niagara Falls (15-20min) *Niagara Falls outlet mall or cross Border shopping (25 min)*Fort Erie (10-15 min) *Marineland *Safari Niagara *Casino's, Horse Racing, Bingo *Golf courses a short drive away *Niagara On The Lake and the wineries close by In the summer:Walk 3 minutes to the beach. This is our family cottage that we love and we expect that our guests respect our home as they would their own. We do not allow pets and only want non-smokers to visit us at this point.

The cottage is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Upon vacating, please leave the premises tidy and free of trash.

Crystal beach is a small beach town, mostly quiet, not so much partying, very popular with families and, indeed, the cottages are close to each other. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Anca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
