Come see why it's called 'Rancho Relaxo.' Located at mile post 9 1/2 in a quiet, residential area, just a short walk to beach (life guarded), great restaurants (Mama Kwans), shopping. Walk 5 minutes to the beach, or to Nags Head Woods ecological preserve. Two miles from the Wright Brothers memorial, two miles from Jockey's Ridge.
Not your typical rental, more like home, in a residential beach community, very comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable couches you will ever lay down on. 55 inch LCD HD TV, Cable, Stereo, VCR/DVD with tons of movies. Wi-Fi high speed internet access. Each bedroom has flat screen TV with cable. Many board games.
Beach chairs, umbrella ,bicycles, boogie boards for you to use. Best of all, outdoor shower.
Large screened in porch with two Adirondack chairs. Gas grill. Great for seafood, try Austin's seafood.
Covered parking for two cars. Huge driveway. Plenty of room for boat or RV.
Queen bed in master bedroom. Queen in second bedroom. Queen in third bedroom - Linens Included, please bring your own beach towels.
Downstairs laundry/bonus room with bunk beds, flat screen TV/cable/VCR, super gaming system, all arcade and console classics.
****FYI:Downstairs room is only accessible by exterior stairs.
Great fishing from the shore, off shore charters from Pirates Cove, or Avalon Pier and Nags Head Pier. In Manteo, see the story of the Lost Colony, the Elizabethan Gardens or the North Carolina Aquarium. Cape Hatteras offers the best surfing on the east coast. Close to Sea Scape golf course and Nags Head golf links. Great Kayaking too.
No Smoking.
You must be 25 or older to rent.
Sunday to Sunday summer rental schedule. (believe me, you save hours from sitting in Saturday traffic, ask anyone)

“Rancho Relaxo could not be a more clean, comfortable and well appointed beach cottage.”
