New build one room apartment, 35 m2 for up to 2 – 4 persons, under the roof, with a Gallery and a 11m2 balcony

The 70m2 big swimming pool is greatly appreciated by our guests.

Furnishings/kitchen equipment: Crockery/cutlery, kitchen-ware and utensils, fridge, freezer compartment, cooker, air-conditioning. TV and internet included. Special facilities for children (cradle, high chair). Shared washing machine. Attractively furnished rooms.

our 14 apartments are built with first class materials and are attractively furnished, with TV, WiFi internet connection, and with cooling and heating facilities.

In June our 70m2 swimming pool invites you again to laze around on comfortable sun beds with a view on the exotic garden.

The Rifugio is an ideal place for people who like to relax in beautiful surroundings near the sea and the mountains but also appreciate being very close to a typical Mediterranean holiday resort. Orosei is a picturesque coastal village situated about an hour's drive south of Olbia (port and airport). The nearest beach is about one kilometer away. It is a 12 km long stretch of fine sand along a coastline that is full of natural beauty. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within easy walking distance (one to five minutes). The Gulf of Orosei is said to be one of the most interesting holiday areas in Sardinia. It is most famous for its multi-shaped sandy shores along the coastline, its small coves with dreamy wetlands in the background, but also for its charming mountain regions with their picturesque villages and imposing gorges.

Ja, ich stimme mit Dir überein, die Strände hier an der Ostküste mit den kilometerlangen Pinienwäldern und überhaupt die Vielfalt und Verschiedenartigkeit - für jeden Geschmack etwas - mit den intensiven Farben des Meeres von kristallklar bis smaragd und tiefem blau bis nach Cala Coloritze kommen der Karibik gleich. Wir würden uns freuen, Dich und Deine Freunde bald wieder hier begrüssen zu dürfen.
