Ideal villa for all kind of vacations, for couples, friends or families with children!
Villa Ikaros is located on a hill offering 100% privacy in the outdoor areas and amazing panoramic sea views!
The villa can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people.
It is a bungalow of 106 square meters which contains an open plan area with the living room, a full equipped kitchen and the dining table indoors in addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with COCO-MAT mattress and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the others are one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds! The main bathroom has a bath and shower.
All the areas and the bedrooms have air condition and direct exit to the pool area and the gardens!
Outdoors you will find a 40 square meters swimming pool and the barbecue area.
There is a private garden with olive trees and vegetables.
On the villa’s roof contains a sitting area( under and you will be able to enjoy endless views!

Rethymno is an ideal town for bicycles because combines rarely united features the old town's charm and history, with proximity to a long sandy beach!
With your bicycle you can visit in few minutes the Fortezza (fortress) which was built by the Venetians, the Archaeological museum at the entrance to the fortress, the Venetian Loggia which is dating back to the 16th century , the folklore and history museum , the main minaret (Neratze mosque), the Rimondi fountain and also to buy fresh products from ''Laiki" (the local market)!
In the old town of Rethymno you will find everything from traditional bakeries , cafes , taverns and also a variety of shops in the street of Arkadiou , souliou and Ethnikis antistasis.
It is a great advantage to rent a bicycle and after roaming in the small streets of Rethymno to be in the long beach in just few minutes! For our guests we rent special bicycles in a special price , please ask us for more information's!

“Sehr schoenes Haus mit aAussicht auf Meer”
Ein Haus zum Verlieben. Grillplatz, Pool, gepflegte Gartenanlage und ein Haus in top Zustand. Eine Top Lage zur schoenen Stadt und den Straenden am Meer. 3 Schlafzimmer, Grosser Wohnbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Kueche. Betraeung vor Ort war auch Top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

“Schoener entspannenter Urlaub”
Der Vermieter ist immer sehr freundlich gewesen. Die Villa wurde fast jeden 3 Tag gereinigt und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und man hat auch das noetigste im Kuehlschrank. Die Villa ist neu eingerichtet und ladet jedem zum entspannten ein. Das Panorama ist Atemberaubent schoen man sieht auf die ganze Stadt herunter. Eine echt schoene Villa die genau den Fotos entsprach, ich wuerde jeder Zeit gerne wieder hier her kommen.

“Fantastische locatie in schitterende villa”
Geweldig luxueus huis met alle faciliteiten gecombineerd met een schitterende ligging en adembenemend zicht. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen naar de vele prachtige bezienswaardigheden (het charmante Rethimno, het binnenland, de mooie kustplaatsen in het Zuiden, Festos, Knossos, Samariakloof ...). Er zijn ook strandstoelen (met douche) voorzien op een privestrand op 10 min rijden. We zijn gelukkig ingegaan op het aanbod vanuit het agentschap voor een prive boottocht met skipper voor een hele dag vanuit Sfakia waardoor we de mooiste ongerepte stranden en de helderste en zuiverste zee in het Zuiden hebben kunnen ontdekken. De opvolging vanuit het agentschap was zeer goed en discreet. Met andere woorden TOP !!! voor ons hele gezin met 3 tieners

Nous ne sommes pas decus : vue panoramique sur la mer et la cote avec ses rangees d'oliviers. Magnifiques couleurs au coucher du soleil. Location cqlme, tres confortable, tres propre, maison de gout avec pierres de pays. Services de nettoyage et de conseils touristiques pousses, petit dejeuner offert a notre arrivee, acces a une plage privee, visites dans les villages cretois moins frequentes, degustations de produits locaux savoureux : vin, confiture, legumes cueillis du potager offerts... Des attentions traduisant l'accueil soigne, professionnel tres appreciable. Nous recommandons fortement ce gite qui jouit d'une situation exceptionnel.

“Prachtige villa op unieke locatie”
Prachtige luxueuse villa met alle comfort. In heel de villa ongelooflijk mooie uitzichten op de zee en de bergen. Alle kamers op gelijkvloers, twee mooie terassen met schaduw indien gewenst. Ongelooflijk fijn en persoonlijk onthaal van alle betrokken medewerkers. Super rustig gelegen en toch met de auto alles vlot bereikbaar. Ook erg fijn dat villa wordt om de drie dagen gepoetst wordt en dat boodschappen aan huis worden gebracht. Absolute aanrader voor iedereen die in alle rust van zowel deze luxeuse villa als dit prachtige eiland wil genieten.

“Traumhafter Urlaub”
Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren nur als Paerchen zu zweit in dieser Villa und haben Ruhe pur genossen. Die Villa befindet sich am obersten Punkt. Somit braucht man sich keine Sorgen um Blicke von Nachbarn machen. Die Einrichtung sowie die Sauberkeit ist super. Es kommt aller 2 Tage eine Putzfrau. Fuer zwei Personen in der Villa zwar etwas uebertrieben, da man nicht so viel Dreck macht. Aber wenn die Villa voll belegt ist mit 6 Personen, dann kann man so eine hilfreiche Fee definitiv gebrauchen. Die Lage der Villa ist auch optimal im alles in kuerzester Zeit zu erreichen. In den Sueden an den zahlreichen ruhigen Straenden ist man beispielsweise nur 1 Stunde gefahren. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wuerden immer wieder diese Villa buchen.
