The residence "Il Giardino" is a newly built property (2014), located on the hill of La Muddizza (fraz.di Valledoria), just one km from the beach of St. Peter, in a strategic position to easily reach the famous towns Stintino, Alghero, Santa Teresa di Gallura and the archipelago of La Maddalena. The property enjoys stunning views across the Gulf of Asinara, which you will appreciate being immersed in the pool available to guests, perhaps relaxing in the Jacuzzi area! Inside the residence, we have a beautiful three rooms, consisting of a bright living room / kitchen with sofa bed, very spacious master bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom. And yet, a large covered patio where you can dine while enjoying the beautiful sunsets Asinara, a private garden barbecue, car parking. To ensure maximum comfort of the guests, it is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. No need for air conditioning as it built with insulating materials that make it absolutely cool in summer. Available wi-fi A few meters you have supermarket, tobacco shop, ice cream shop, pizzeria, bar. 2 km to the center of Valledoria, where you can find many shops, banks, medical offices, mail, and other services.
