Description

On the east side of the house you are right on a deserted beach with coconut trees, white sandy beach and clear warm waters, Praia Cassange, and on the west side of your house a tranquil sweet water lake perfect for swimming and kayaks (available), Lagoa do Cassange. Ocean to lake views from your windows. Warm temperatures year round. Housekeeping included (or bed and bkfst) and hospitality provided by owners (residents year round, experienced travellers, multi-language) pre and during your stay. Unspoiled tropical destination, but some touristic resources available (restaurants, boutiques, bars, boat rides, atv rentals, etc). Another attraction is boat rides on schooners (private or w/group) on the beautiful unspoiled calm bay with tropical islands for swimming and local native restaurants with fresh seafood. Large very private property grounds with green views all around - 100m ocean front, 60m along the lake and 1Km deep to the bay. Casa Pescador has the original quaint fisherman´s architecture but totally reconstructed for confort and usefulness and with very creative and charming decoration. Bedrooms with split air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, open fully equipped kitchen and bar and a separate pantry and another cooking and dining area outdoors. Bathroom with separate toilet and a 2nd shower outdoor. A beautifully designed swimming-pool on the property gardens (shared). Ammenities can be provided such as hair dryer, toiletry, flip-flop sandals, pareos, etc as well as shopping for food and drinks (or bed and brkfst). Caretaker on the grounds 24hrs for your convenience. Come if you are looking to enjoy original tropical nature and culture, relaxed Bahiano atmosphere (accomplished just by looking at the hammocks in your ocean or lake front verandas), delicious native culinary delights, conforts of live (WIFI on all grounds, Intl satelite TV, hot shower, good mattresses, etc) all provided with the supervision of your host and hostess and team. Tomas and wife were such wonderful guests, they were gentle and polite and knew how to appreciate their stay here. We were sorry that it rained so unexpectedly for 2 days (luckily they were here for 7 days) but they were willing to accept our recommendations on how to enjoy other activities and also we had the opportunity of getting together over wine and good foods. We also enjoyed your company, please come back my friends !
