Beautiful loft with 2 double bedrooms, balcony and terrace, modern toilet with massage shower, and open-plan kitchen.

Description:

The 65m2 apartment is in a single floor building and has a huge open living space (25m2). There are 2 bedrooms that measure about 7m2 each. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private balcony.

This elegant flat is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and HDTV. There is also a private terrace off of the kitchen.
Linen, towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are prepared before your arrival. Private Wi-Fi access (10Mb) is available to keep you connected.
The single-level apartment (so no need for an elevator) is located just 3 blocks from Bogatell Beach and is only 5 metro stops from the city center (L4 station is 3 minutes from the flat).

The area is residential and quiet yet only a quick walk (5 blocks) to the lively Rambla del Poblenou and its many shops, cafés, and restaurants. There are 2 big commercial centers nearby, Glòries and Diagonal Mar, which can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes on foot. Port Olímpic offers a variety of restaurants and plenty of nightlife (about 15 minutes walking).

No young groups (25 or older).

This flat is officially registered with the Ajuntament de Barcelona for tourist accommodations: HUTB-007075.

• Check-out before 8 a.m.: 20 euro
• Check-out before 6 a.m.: 30 euro
• Check-out after 11 a.m.: 20 euro
• Holiday arrival/departure (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and Epiphany): 30 euro
We ask that you call 30 minutes before you would expect to arrive at the apartment. Any delay over 45 minutes will be charged at 15 euro per half hour after the agreed upon time.

(Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay during the Christmas/NYE holidays and MWC.)

Parties are NOT allowed. We reserve the right to keep the deposit in case of complaints from the neighbors, smell of smoke, or damage.
The flat is located in a quiet, residential building. We will expect that you conduct yourself in an appropriate manner when it comes to making noise anywhere on the premises (especially after 10 p.m.) and keeping the common areas clean.

Please clean any dirty dishes and dispose of all trash as you leave.
