Bilocale di circa 45mq., ristrutturato, indipendente e con rientro notturno libero, a 100 m da Piazza Politeama e quindi nel cuore del centro di Palermo,
Il bilocale è adatto a una coppia o ad una famiglia fino a tre persone + un bimbo, ed è dotato di ogni comfort inoltre è arredato e corredato ed è:
- composto da cucina / soggiorno - accessoriata (frigo - forno microonde) e un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo, ampia camera matrimoniale e W.C. con box doccia.
- dotato di n. 2 TV LCD, aria condizionata / riscaldamento, stendino, phon, lenzuola, coperte e teli bagno ed inoltre, asse e ferro da stiro.
E' situato nella zona più lussuosa della città a pochi passi dai più importanti punti di interesse turistici, storici e artistici oltre ad essere nel cuore delle più prestigiose strade dello shopping (via Libertà e via R. Settimo, via Principe Belmonte) nonchè dei locali più rinomati e caratteristici di Palermo.
Il Porto è a 500 m, mentre le fermate dei bus sono a 70 metri da noi e collegano:
la Stazione, l'Aeroporto, la Spiaggia di Mondello e dell'Addaura nonché, il Santuario di Santa Rosalia e tanti altri importanti siti turistici. A due passi, anche, la fermata del City Sightseeing Palermo.
Per visitare la città, comunque, non occorre la macchina, infatti a piedi e/o con i mezzi pubblici si può visitare tutta la città.
