L'Orangerie de la Rebière d'or
Cette authentique bâtisse protégeait du gel les arbres fragiles l'hiver : orangers, citronniers, lauriers … Restaurée pour vous, votre famille et vos amis., vous êtes accueillis du samedi au samedi . L'Orangerie est une des dernières habitations authentiques à Mouleydier.
Charme du mur en pierres, tuiles roses, grandes fenêtres plein sud vous séduiront dans un parc calme et verdoyant au dessus de la Dordogne
Vous bénéficierez d'une entrée indépendante avec un parking privatif.
Tout en étant dans le calme et dans un environnement exceptionnel, vous serez à deux pas de tous les commerces du village.
Vous profiterez d'un salon/salle à manger agrémenté d'un vitrail Art Nouveau, avec des meubles authentiques (Buffet XVIIIème, table de vigneron), et d'une TV écran plat.
La chambre agrémentée d'un trompe-l'œil de Christian Lacroix possède un grand lit en 160×200 équipé également d'une TV écran plat. Attenante, une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, baignoire authentique aux griffes de lion, et WC.
Au même niveau, une deuxième salle de bain avec WC et douche à l'italienne.
La cuisine américaine est de grande qualité et entièrement équipée : plaques à induction, réfrigérateur, four et four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, grille-pain…
L'escalier dessert une chambre aux tons pastel de 20m carrés, à l'étage, dont la charpente est constituée d'une coque de bateau renversé. Elle dispose de trois lits très confortables, d'un cabinet de toilettes avec WC et est égayée d'un vitrail XIXème.
Sur la terrasse, une belle table et six fauteuils dominent le parc et la piscine aux jets d'eau intermittents et lumineux le soir. D'accessibilité facile elle se transforme en bassin de nage de 15mx4 (profondeur 1m50, sécurisée par deux alarmes, présence obligatoire des parents lors du bain des jeunes enfants).
Des chaises longues, fauteuils et parasols vous invitent à la détente près de la bambouseraie.

“Fabulous French Gite.”
Traditional decor with all amenities. Excellent ambiance; convivial hosts. Beautiful setting,magnificent gardens and pool. Would definitely recommend!
