Description
This gorgeous air-conditioned villa is located in a quiet residential area on an elevated site overlooking the village and bay of Praia da Luz.
This spacious split level villa is beautifully furnished with all the requirements for a great family holiday. The front door opens into an attractive hallway off which are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Stairs from the hall lead down to the living area and kitchen which is on the lower level.
Patio doors from the lounge open onto a sunny patio with large pool and the lawn and garden area beyond. Being the end plot this villa has a large footprint and a larger more private garden. The lounge has comfy couches a corner fireplace and it has a smart TV and music system.
The lovely bright dining area has seating for up to 8 people and doors to the side patio and BBQ area and there is a serving hatch through to the large separate kitchen, which also has a door to the patio near the BBQ at the side of the villa which also has a pretty bougainvillea-covered pergola. The big kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cater for the family's needs. There is a guest bathroom near the lounge.
The master bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet and opens onto a sunny veranda which overlooks the pool and has superb sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and also opens onto a veranda with lovely sea views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and has doors to a pretty garden area at the front of the villa.
From the front garden there are steps to the pool area and a glorious view of the sea as you descend.
This is a wonderful villa for a family holiday with everything in the villa within walking distance. There are lots of excellent restaurants, shops and bank are less than 5 minutes walk from the villa and the beach is 10 minutes walk. At the beach there is a wide variety of water sports available. The nearest Golf Course is Boa Vista, less than 5 minutes drive away.
The walled historic town of Lagos is less than 10 minutes drive and there you will find a huge choice of terrific restaurants and shops along its narrow cobbled streets as well as beautiful old churches and historic buildings and fortifications as well as markets and a modern marina. A little further afield there is the popular Lagos Zoo and several water parks and ZooMarine.

“Fantastic villa”
Great location, 10 min walk to promenade /beach . Only a few mins to the nearest restaurants. The kids had a great time in the pool and the garden, the views were amazing . The villa has everything y… More
