Description

Villa Intani is a stunning private villa in the rice-fields of Sayan. Two AC bedrooms with garden bathroom and a breezy spacious ambience - if you are looking for a family or group location - this is it! Plenty of room and peace and quiet in this fabulous new property. This villa sits in its own private gated compound overlooking its salt-water pool and the rice-fields of Sayan on the western edge of Ubud. The bedrooms are large and air-conditioned with dressing areas and en-suite garden bathrooms. The western-style modern kitchen has delightful views. The dining and living areas opens onto the private swimming pool and sun deck with sheer curtains for the evenings. Intani is constructed in Balinese style combined with western comforts such as granite benches, quality fittings, carved wood decorations and stained glass windows. The interior is furnished with locally created artwork as well as a blend of modern and antique Balinese furniture.

The staff at Devi's Place can arrange all your transport needs from car and bike taxis, to private tours. Our family drivers are experienced at taking care of our guests. We also rent motor scooters to our guests.

Devi's Place always has staff on hand, and night time security. There is a small office and reception area where you can find help whenever you need it. Houses are serviced every day and linens and towels changed twice a week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
