Appartamento al piano superiore di una villetta su 2 piani immersa nel verde a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare.
L'appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione e' composto da una cucina a vista completamente attrezzata, una camera con letto matrimoniale e accesso diretto alla terrazza, una seconda camera con 2 letti singoli (unibili su richiesta) e un bagno con finestra e con ampia doccia: cio' che rende da sogno l'appartamento e' la terrazza e la meravigliosa vista che offre.
L'appartamento ha un mobilio completamente nuovo ed un arredamento allegro e colorato che rende la casa un posto rilassante e accogliente dove passare le proprie vacanze.
Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti solo su richiesta e con supplemento di euro 15,00 a persona a soggiorno.
Gli animali non sono ammessi.
La villetta si trova a 500 metri dal mare nella localita' di Nisportino, una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ideale per vacanze in famiglia e con amici.
Barbecue e parcheggio in comune con gli appartamenti di Villetta ai Peri. Il parcheggio dista circa 50 metri dalla casa.
