From there it is a short time in the city (15km.) And also the Trasimeno Lake (just 10 km.) Among olive trees, and the sounds of nature, the house is nestled in an oasis of tranquility, the pool is salt water and It has a spectacular view! The house is newly built with all the seismic requirements. The interior is cozy, wooden beamed ceilings, bright living area with access to the rooftop terrace. Ideal for couples and families. A beautiful and spacious veranda and other outdoor spaces complement the area around the house. Ideal starting point to reach the various places of Umbria and Tuscany, all services are available to approximately 6 km.
