Description

NI Tourist Board approved bungalow with south facing private garden and off road parking for 2 cars.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 small double bed and 1 single bed. All bedrooms have mirrored sliderobes with ample hanging and drawer space. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Living area consists of spacious through lounge, corner sofa, 40 inch flat screen tv & free wifi , open fire and large dining table, and has patio doors opening onto the garden. Fully fitted kitchen containing cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and microwave. Bathroom contains white bathroom suite with corner bath and shower. Gas central heating provides hot water on demand. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; an ash tray is provided outside.

This house is ideally located 2 mins walk from both bus stops and train station for easy access to the city centre, the seaside town of Bangor, and Dublin City the capital of Ireland.

House rules

Some pets are allowed by prior arrangement but we usually add a damage deposit so please contact us before booking if you wish to bring your pet.

The Bungalow is situated in a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum at night. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed.

We hope our property will be a "home from home" and would therefore appreciate it if you could treat the property with the same respect as you would treat your own and return it in the order found.

How do damage deposits work?
