Just 500 meters. from the beach of "Nisportino" in the municipality of Rio nell'Elba to the Island of Elba, surrounded by the greenery and silence of the beautiful setting of the Mediterranean, is Villetta ai Peri: the house has an independent entrance and beautiful view of the gulf. Excellent solution for all those who wish to combine relaxation and rest, to a seaside stay. It is divided into 3 newly built apartments, cozy and well furnished. The announcement refers to the two-room apartment 5 beds (the others are a three-room 4-seater and a four-room apartment 6 places): the apartment consists of a double bedroom with third bed, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed, kitchenette and TV -sat, bathroom with shower, large terrace of about 30 square meters covered and equipped for eating out. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and fabulous sunsets over the Capraia Island. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for the kitchen such as crockery, glasses, pots etc. while I do not provide tablecloth, bed linen and towels. Private parking inside the property. The beach is free but there is the possibility for those who want to rent umbrellas and beds. The beach is 5 minutes walk but for those who want to go down by car there is a free parking. Animals are not allowed.
